Our CUSP illustrates the transition between two worlds: the world of a thriving, organic environment and a world that encompasses the aftermath and results of climate change. Can individuals distinguish the difference between natural and unnatural materials? This series of photographs titled The Last Decaying Moment showcases our interpretation of CUSP through the lens of an environment that is struggling under the devastating destruction of its body.

 

We aimed to capture the creeping consequences of pollution as it slowly takes over the facade of the planet. Our generation has grown up witnessing the severe, yet frequent, repercussions and impacts of climate change. This creative collaboration was an excellent opportunity to pose the question: is it too late to undo the damages we’ve made?
